Delivery to Islands, Highlands, and Remote Areas

All deliveries to islands, highlands, and remote areas are subject to additional charges. Delivery times may be longer than those specified elsewhere on our site.

Damage and Discrepancies

Any order discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns Policy

• Opened or used consumables are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, preferably unopened, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Returns may incur:
  • A 15% return and refund processing fee.
  • A restocking and handling fee of up to £15 per product.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsellable condition (e.g., expired, damaged packaging).
• Refunds will only be issued once goods are received and inspected to confirm resellable condition.
• Custom-ordered products and commercial equipment are non-returnable.

Return Collections

Return collections are charged at £15.00 + VAT per box collected.
