You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving goods. Email hello@rapidsips.com with your order number. Returned goods must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility.

11. Pricing and Payment

• Non-UK customers must handle local taxes and duties.
• Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal.
• We’ll contact you about pricing errors before dispatch.
• Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

14. Returns Policy

• Opened consumables are non-returnable.
• Unopened items must be returned in resellable condition and may incur up to a 15% fee.
• Custom items may incur up to a 50% restocking fee.
• Refunds issued after inspection.
• Undelivered returned orders are refunded minus shipping.

15. Credit Accounts

Offered at our discretion. Late payments (over 28 days) may incur interest and admin fees. Terms may be changed or suspended at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

Our website is provided “as is” without guarantee. We’re not responsible for issues or losses arising from its use.

17. Promotions & Vouchers

• Offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn anytime.
• Registration discounts apply to first-time consumable purchases only.
• Bonus points (if used) expire after 6 months of inactivity.

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
